1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹[insert free-shipping threshold].

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. COD (Cash on Delivery) is also available for selected locations.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact.vensho@gmail.com if you need to make any changes.

7. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier or offer a replacement/refund.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
