Yes. For engagements above ₹1,50,000 we offer 50 percent at start and 50 percent at completion. Retainer payments are billed monthly.
Not required but strongly recommended. Founders who skip it often end up solving the wrong problems. We offer a discounted diagnostic rate when bundled with a subsequent engagement.
We flag it before doing it. Scope additions are priced separately and agreed before work begins — never a surprise on the invoice.
Occasionally if the fit is right. Most clients are post-revenue between seed and Series A. If you are pre-revenue, reach out and we will have an honest conversation about timing.
Yes, with 30 days notice after the minimum 3-month period. In practice most retainer clients stay 12 to 18 months because the work delivers results.
